Payment
Paracosm House uses ‘pay by link’ from Stripe to process payments. This secure merchant is independent and will never disclose your payment details to us.
What is ‘a pay by link’?
‘A pay by link’ is a URL, button, or QR code that takes customers directly to a unique checkout page to complete a purchase. It is an easy, efficient and secure method. (More info www.stripe.com) When you click on this link, you are directed to a secure page to complete your purchase using your preferred payment method, like a credit or debit card, a digital wallet, or a bank transfer.

We accept VISA, Mastercard, Bancontact, iDEAL, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Will my privacy be respected?
We will use your personal information ONLY for processing the order and shipment.
Price and Taxes
Your price will include VAT for all orders (BE &NL).
At the moment, we only ship to BE & NL.
Delivery
When will my order be despatched?
Your order will be dispatched within three business days from the time it is placed. As soon as your order is despatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. This email will include carrier and tracking info for your parcel.
When will my order be delivered?
Please allow a delivery time between one and five working days after we have despatched your product.

Return policy
Bespoke, personalized, engraved or limited edition products cannot be returned.
Cancellation
For any other products you wish to cancel before they are despatched, please email info@paracomshouse.com.
To return an item, please email customer service at info@paracosmhouse.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return to the following address:

Your order must be returned within fourteen working days.
The item MUST be returned by registered post (which means we have to sign for receipt of your package). We are NOT responsible for packages that do not reach us or go missing in the post.
Delivery charges are not refunded.
Refunds will be processed to the same card used to pay for your purchase within five working days.
Damaged package
In the event of a damaged package, please get in touch with info@paracomshouse.com within two working days with your name, address, order ID and a description or photo of the damaged package or product. You will receive an answer from us with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return to the following address:
